Cece was born and raised in Southern California and joined ACD as a case manager in June of 2023 after obtaining her Master of Science in Sociology from St. Louis University in 2022. Prior to ACD, Cece was a case worker at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid in East St. Louis from 2022 to 2023. Before that, she served as the Justice Corps Fellow in the legal self-help center at the Madison County Courthouse in Illinois from 2021 to 2022.

Fun fact: Cece lived in Kathmandu, Nepal for a semester to study Tibetan Buddhism & language. She also enjoys making day-in-the-life Instagram reels.
