Jessica joined ArchCity Defenders in 2021 and currently serves as Deputy Director of Development, helping lead the organization’s fundraising operations, donor stewardship, development strategy, and revenue tracking. She specializes in development operations, donor database management, reporting and analysis, gift management, and donor relations, while supporting the systems and processes that strengthen donor engagement and ACD’s overall fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining ACD, Jessica served as Regional Development Specialist for the Missouri-Arkansas Region of the American Red Cross from 2017 to 2021. During her time with the Red Cross, she was a two-time nominee and the 2020 Division Winner of the Development Specialist of the Year and Hustler Awards.

Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit development, with particular expertise in development operations, donor stewardship, database management, gift administration, and fundraising analysis.

Fun Fact:
Jessica’s favorite sidekick is her dog, Jack-Jack, a Lab mix with plenty of personality and swag.
