We received final approval of the settlement in Cody v. City of St. Louis for conditions in the St. Louis City Workhouse. We anticipate that those who filed timely, valid claims will receive a check this fall, likely in October. The deadline to submit those claims has now passed.

Reise et al v. City of Calverton Park
Over two years after filing the class action lawsuit Christina Reise, et al. v. City of Calverton Park, et al., the federal court preliminarily approved a $465,000 settlement to be distributed to over 100 people whose vehicles were towed at the direction of Calverton Park and who then had to pay hundreds of dollars to the City as an unauthorized “Special Tax Bill.”
Individuals who believe they may be classified members may fill out a claims form online at calvertonparkclassaction.com. The deadline to postmark or submit your Claim Form online is September 4, 2026.
