ACD is turning 10 this year! Our celebration ends with a day-long racial justice roundtable at the Deaconess Center for Child Well-Being involving lawyers, activists, funders, and community members.

Following our Friday night dinner, we invite the community to join us Saturday for our Racial Justice Roundtable, an afternoon of social justice-oriented workshops, and plenaries. The opening plenary, featuring ACD’s co-founders Thomas Harvey, Michael-John Voss, and John McAnnar will back on 10 years of ACD’s community-centered holistic lawyering in #STL.

For 10 years, we’ve represented clients in courts throughout the region, helped people get off the streets and into homes, challenged the systems that created and worsened their poverty, and together with our clients, impacted communities, grassroots organizers, supporters, and co-counsel, spoken out against these injustices. We do everything we can to spark conversation and engagement on issues impacting our clients and communities. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating 10 years of service and action, at our 2-day celebration on Nov 8-9, 2019.
