ArchCity Defenders is offering a FREE CLE that will provide an overview of how the Fair Housing Act can be used to assist unhoused individuals and those staying in transitional or affordable housing. We will go through common FHA violations in St. Louis City/County, additional protections for unhoused individuals with disabilities, and special considerations when working with unhoused individuals.
