ArchCity Defenders is offering a FREE CLE for prospective volunteer lawyers who are interested in providing expungement pro bono representation in Missouri. The virtual CLE will train lawyers on everything they need to know to assess expungement eligibility, forms to complete and file, and how to successfully represent someone in an expungement case. We will also discuss implicit bias – what it is, how it impacts attorney and judges, how to combat their bias, and how to combat your own bias.
